MAX: MY HISTORY
MAX: I'm Maximum Temporiti, founder of MAX & KITCHEN, my catering project was born to offer corporate and private people in Milan convivial moments of pure pleasure for the palate without forgetting health and wellbeing.
MAX IN KITCHEN: I started cooking while I was studying at the hotel school, in real "classrooms" of classical cuisine such as the Bellevue Hotel in Cogne, where pasta is prepared starting from wheat grains and flour cakes, eggs, Butter and mountain fruit .. I then explored the most diverse aspects of the kitchen, passing for starred restaurants like Aimo and Nadia, where I was taking care of the seconds, Peck where I was second in the kitchen and for famous luxury hotels such as the Saint Palace Moritz. To complete my training, I dedicated myself to the pastry shop from Nobu, a place that has marked the history of catering, after periods of deepening in France at Ladurée and Pierre Hermé.
MAX DOTTOR: After gaining a solid practical experience, I wanted to deepen my knowledge of what is behind the scenes of catering, from the principles of healthy nutrition to technology. And so I got my degree in "Food Science and Technology" and for some years I am a consultant in a number of reality related to the world of food.
MAX & KITCHEN: I wanted to offer Milan something new. The best traditional cuisine, interpreted with passion and originality, combined in healthy and balanced dishes and a style centered on the concepts of welcome and joy where every detail is designed to create a natural, empathic and relaxing atmosphere. And so, by joining a team that shared the same values, MAX & KITCHEN catering-Milan was born to serve you at your home, and Kitchen Restaurant, the catering mill at your disposal for high-temperature dining and dinners.

MAX & KITCHEN is knowledge of technique, wellness culture, contemporary aesthetic sensitivity awareness.
We use raw materials of the territory, organic vegetables mainly of our vegetable and freshness of the day, ingredients from slow food presidents.
We follow traditional regional recipes, proposing them in a modern and engaging fashion. For us, food culture is as important as the quality of our ingredients - whether it is a wedding or business lunch, a buffet or a gala dinner, a coffee break or a private party - our menus offer Always the right balance of nutritional principles.
